Shipping policy


1. Shipping Exclusions

Shipping is available within the contiguous U.S. only (lower 48 states). Please note that we do not offer delivery to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

 

2. In-Stock Items

Order Processing & Shipping
Most in-stock orders are processed within 24–48H. In rare instances, processing may take slightly longer, but all orders will be dispatched within 72H.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking information. To ensure fast and secure delivery, Lionish prioritizes reputable carriers such as LTL (Less Than Truckload), though we may occasionally use other trusted carriers to maximize efficiency.

 

3. Delivery Estimates

Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days, depending on your location.

 

4. Pre-Order Items

For pre-order items, the total delivery time is calculated by adding the estimated shipping date (found on the product page) to the standard shipping time for your region.

 

5. Tracking Your Order

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can monitor your package directly through the carrier’s website or by logging into your account on our website.

 

6. Shipping Modifications

Signature Requirement

We do not require a signature upon delivery for e-bike shipments.

Batteries: Per federal regulations, a signature is mandatory for all standalone battery shipments to ensure safe and legal delivery.

 

Address Changes

Before Shipment: You may contact our customer service team to modify your shipping address at no additional cost, provided the request is made before a tracking number has been generated.

After Shipment: We are unable to intercept or modify the delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

 

Refused Shipments

If a delivery is refused by the customer for any reason other than shipping damage, the customer will be responsible for a flat fee of $275 to cover the cost of round-trip shipping and handling.

 

Expedited Shipping

We currently do not offer expedited shipping options. 

 

7. Shipping Issues & Support


Delays

While rare, delays can occur. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at service@lionishebike.com within one week of the expected delivery date.

 

Missing Items

In the rare event that an item is missing from your package, please report this to our support team at service@lionishebike.com within one week of delivery.

 

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

If your package is damaged, lost, or stolen, please email service@lionishebike.com within 3 days to submit a report so we can assist you.

Recommended Steps for Missing Packages
Immediate Actions: Please contact your local carrier immediately, check with neighbors, or review security camera footage.

File a Report: If the package remains missing, contact us for assistance and file a police report right away.

*Important Time-Sensitive Note:
You must email service@lionishebike.com within 5 hours of receiving the "Delivered" notification. Please include your order details and a copy of the police report.

If the issue is not reported within this 5-hour window, the carrier will be unable to conduct an investigation or provide compensation for the lost package.


8. Important Note

Please retain the original packaging and all internal materials for at least 30 days after receiving your order. This is required for any potential repairs, exchanges, or returns.
