Lionish products are designed to provide reliable use when operated and maintained in accordance with our official instructions and guidelines. However, the potential for product misuse or unapproved modifications exists. Therefore, this Limited Warranty is subject to the following terms:
The Limited Warranty shall not apply to any Product that has been repaired, altered, or modified by anyone other than Lionish or an Authorized Lionish Retailer in a way that, in Lionish's sole judgment, has adversely impacted the Product's operation, performance, stability, or durability, or changed its intended use.
The Limited Warranty shall not apply to any Product or part under the following conditions:
Improper Setup & Maintenance: Improper assembly, installation, or repair; failure to perform maintenance at appropriate intervals; or not following the User Manual and official instructions for usage and storage.
Misuse & Abuse: Neglect, abnormal or excessive use, or using the product for racing, stunts, and other competitive activities.
Unauthorized Alterations: Unauthorized disassembly, modifications, or installation of components and accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product.
Accidents & Environment: Damage caused by crashes, collisions, or accidents; and corrosion or malfunctions due to improper exposure to environmental conditions.
Wear and Tear: Standard wear-and-tear items including, but not limited to, brake pads, tires, plastic components, spokes, rims, and brake cables.
Cosmetic & Visible Damage: Surface scratches, minor scuffs, or shipping damage; and wires or accessories with visible breaks or scratches not caused by a manufacturing defect.
Commercial Use: Products used for commercial purposes, such as in rental fleets.
Identification: Products whose serial number has been altered or removed.
THE DETERMINATION OF WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO A WARRANTED PRODUCT IS COVERED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF LIONISH. PLEASE CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS.

Always Available: This service is available at any time, regardless of your warranty status. (Note: After the warranty period, customers are responsible for the cost of replacement parts.)
To qualify for warranty service, all of the following conditions must be met simultaneously:
1. Proof of Purchase: Products must be purchased from Lionish's official store or an authorized reseller. The warranty period begins on the date the product was originally sold to the first end-consumer and confirmed as received.
2. Warranty Period: The product or component must be within its specified warranty period (refer to the table below).
3. Valid Defects: Coverage is limited to manufacturing flaws and inherent product issues, such as material defects.

To expedite your claim, please provide your order number, the e-bike serial number, and clear photos or videos showing the area requiring warranty service.
Review: After reviewing your claim, we will provide replacement parts and/or installation and adjustment instructions as needed.
If our customer service team determines that a replacement part is necessary, they will provide clear instructions for receiving the replacement. Lionish will cover the shipping charges for approved warranty parts. Please Note:
Labor Costs: Unless prior written approval is provided, Lionish will not cover labor costs or expenses for the removal, replacement, or installation of any part provided under these terms. Lionish is always happy to provide remote guidance on how to replace warranty components.
Unauthorized Returns: Any product returned without prior approval will not be accepted or covered by the warranty.
