Refund policy

 

At Lionish, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with absolute confidence. Please review the following policy carefully, which applies to all Lionish components, accessories, and e-bikes.

Please Note: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition to be eligible for a full refund (minus applicable shipping fees).


1. Order Cancellation

Canceling Pre-Order Bikes

If you have placed a "Pre-Order," you may cancel your order only if the following conditions are met:

1. It has been fewer than 10 days since the date of purchase, AND

2. A shipping label has not yet been generated.

If more than 10 days have passed or a shipping label has been created, the order cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our standard Return Policy below.

 

General Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at service@lionishebike.com before the order ships (typically within 24 hours).

Processing Fee: All canceled orders are subject to a 5% cancellation fee. This fee covers non-refundable transaction processing costs.

Success Guarantee: Submitting a cancellation request before shipping does not guarantee a successful cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email if your cancellation is processed successfully.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped. If your order is already in transit, please receive the item and contact us within 14 days to initiate a return. Refusing a shipment or failing to follow the formal return process may result in the item being lost in transit or rejected by our warehouse, which will void your eligibility for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Return Policy

New & Unopened Items (Within 14 Days): You may return any brand-new, unused item within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a refund minus a flat $250 round-trip shipping fee.

Opened or Trialed Items (Odometer under 20 miles): Items must be undamaged and will be inspected by our technical department upon arrival. Returns in this category are subject to:

  • A $250 round-trip shipping fee.
  • A 25% restocking fee based on the total order value.

Accessories: Returns for accessories are subject to a $25 shipping fee unless the return is due to a shipping error on our part (in which case, restocking fees are waived).

 

3. Return Requirements

All returned items must be shipped back in their original packaging. To process your return, you must provide photo documentation and satisfy the following criteria:

  1. The bike and all parts must be thoroughly cleaned.
  2. The bike must be fully disassembled and protected with foam wrap.
  3. All individual parts, keys, tools, and accessories must be included.
  4. The bike must be securely packed in its original shipping crate/box.

Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return shipping address.

 

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 7–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

 

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  1. Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  2. Free Gifts
  3. Gift Cards
  4. Non-Physical Products (Digital goods/services)
  5. Batteries: Due to U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) shipping regulations, high-capacity lithium-ion batteries are final sale and cannot be returned once delivered.
  6. Shipping Insurance Fees

 

6. Best Price Guarantee

If the price drops on our official store within 14 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference (excluding major flash sales like Black Friday). Please contact our customer service team to request your price match refund.

 

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to orders placed directly through the official Lionish website.
